Do you ever just want to sit down and scream? Me too.

Why does this happen? What makes us so stressed? Why can’t we just relax sometimes? Well, everyone answers these questions differently. Many will say school, work, activities, and just life in general. Due to being constantly stressed, busy, and anxious about everything, we can forget to sit down and breathe

Why is taking a moment, gathering your thoughts, and just breathing so important in a crazy schedule? The answer to this question is because we can sometimes forget God’s plan and timing. We try and fix it all ourselves, sometimes even committing to too much. When we sit down and breathe a little bit, it clears our head and helps us remember that our loving and wonderful God is in control. My take-away for this is simple. Whenever you feel stressed, worried, or anxious, sit down and pray. Pray to your Father in heaven and ask Him for guidance. This won’t take much time, but it sure does benefit you in multiple ways.

“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you”
